Rib Judging Sunday, July 3rd in the South Sponsors tent; we use the Kansas City BBQ Society evaluation process to judge Ribs, & Sauce top 3; Judges include Ribfest Chair, Mayor of Naperville, police & firefighter of the year, and some of our largest sponsors including, Pepsi, Miller/Euclid Beverage, and Exelon. Winners will be announced on Sunday July 3rd between 4:00 - 4:30 PM!
